The price of glasses are so affordable that it is easy to purchase multiple pairs without breaking the bank. I wish there was a donation option for glasses that could go to homeless/poverty/military for a recycling option. I have a few pairs that I don’t wear/want and will donate them to local community, but I would appreciate a company that would offer that opportunity :)

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni, and they are absolutely perfect… I love them! My husband then ordered two pair but he had less success that I did. They were both much too small for his face. I called Zenni and they gave me 100% credit to order again. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

Zenni is Easy to use, I have bought 5 pairs so far because I love their design and quality and I get to wear different glasses when I feel like it without spending so much money. They are just as I expected!

I have been a Zenni customer for 10+ years and have never, ever had a bad experience. The prescriptions are always spot on, huge selection of frames, and I love the fact that I am informed of the status of my glasses from ordering to shipping. I recommend everyone to Zenni.

Because you’re glasses are modestly priced, I am able to afford several fashion choices so I may pick a frame that matches my wardrobe for the day. Add to that the exceptional vision which I have always experienced with my prescription through you, and it’s a win-win!

I placed an order for 2 sets of glasses on May 21st and I was leaving on June 3rd for vacation. I was terrified they weren't gonna be here on time because I ordered Progressive transition and one set was polarized. One of the sets were the fast frames and I did expedited shipping on the 2nd pair. Not only did they arrive 1 week after I ordered them, they looked great on. I was able to enjoy my vacation and seeing the open water with polarized lenses (AMAZING and I highly recommend).

Have been using this service for about 6 years. The app is constantly updated as needed to improve its use. My recent order experience was easy to navigate. My eyeglasses were received as ordered and in timely manner. Definitely met my expectations.

LOVE Zenni!! I have gotten many, many pairs of glasses from this company over the past years and always been satisfied. I have also recommended them to many people who have been happy with their glasses, sunglasses, transitions, progressives and blue light glasses. Quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices. Zenni is a treasure!!

Precise prescription details and eye area measurements are asked for. Ours are more complicated being no-line bifocals. Each time we make an order, the glasses arrive in only a few weeks and fit face and eye-sight-wise perfectly. We have order multiple times from this company. The only things we don't like is that so much homage is given to those who are sexually dysphoric that has never been given to any other segment of society. So we might change a less politicized company.

I'm a repeat Zenni Optical customer. I wish there was more selection for people like me with a big round face, but the quality of the glasses is very good. My experience has been consistently positive with every order; Pick the frame, enter prescription, lens type and extras, and click pay now. The glasses always show up shortly afterwards. And they also send order status emails, so I never have to call and ask about my order. Keep up the good work!

I really cannot fault this company. I used Zenni when I lived in the US and now we are in Spain I reached out to them once more. Zenni were superb as always, easy to pick frames, I was kept up to date with my order, when my order left the US when my order came to Spain,, unfortunately I never got my order as Correos, the postal service here are not fit for purpose and my glasses have been stuck in customs for over 5 months now despite paying additional taxes Correos Customs demanded. I have now given up hope of receiving my order- sadly,,,, Once again Zenni were superb and professional providing me with a full refund. I am so sorry that I wont be able to work with Zenni again due to the incompetance of the postal services here. Zenni,,, top notch!

Please note that Zenni doesn't provide after-sales service nor does it repair glasses. The left arm of my rimless glasses came off. I requested to purchase the left hinge. Zenni gave all kinds of lame excuses and instead told me to purchase a new pair instead. They refused to repair or send me the item at my own expense. I am willing to pay for the service but they refused to provide service.

Excellent experience on the website. Can do a little better with delivery update. I had to contact the company to ask about the delay in my delivery. it's a shame there isn't even a small compensation for delays. Mine arrived after a month

This was the second order I had to place because the first order I wrote down a negative instead of a positive number. So I returned both pairs, got credit applied to my account and then went back in and re-ordered. Everything turned out great this time. I just wish the sunglasses were a little darker and a little bigger frame wise but otherwise everything was good.

I’m very disappointed that Zenni doesn’t have a more generous return policy especially considering you are buying these glasses online. Regardless of how the glasses fit on another’s face or the virtual try-on options, it is not the same as trying on glasses live. There is only one free exchange for a full refund and then 50% off the next exchange. Additionally, you don’t have the option to get thinner lenses if you have a heft prescription like mine.
